If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy that allows for the return or exchange of merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. 1. New Customer Returns & Exchanges:

   • New customers are eligible for special free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving their order.
   • This offer applies to first-time orders only and includes return shipping at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Only unopened merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted for returns.
   • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
   • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the merchandise.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please open a return request  or reach out to support@entrdominion.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
   • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping:

   • Return shipping is free for new customers as outlined above.
   • For existing customers, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in promotions.
   • We will provide a return label for the shipment.
   • Dominion Apparel is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will notify you of the status of your return.
   • If the returned items meet the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used.
   • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions:

   • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These may include, but are not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and accessories.
   • Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
