If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy that allows for the return of unopened merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.    • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the merchandise.

   • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping:

   • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in promotions.
   • We will provide the customer with a return label to ship their order back.
   • Dominion Apparel is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will notify you of the status of your return.
   • If the returned items meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions:

   • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These may include, but are not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and accessories.
   • Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
