    • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your reference.
    • Dominion Apparel is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will notify you of the status of your return.
    • If the returned items meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  5. Exclusions:

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These may include, but are not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and accessories.
    • Final sale items, including clearance or discounted items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • We will provide assistance and guidance on how to resolve the issue, including options for exchange or replacement.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Dominion Apparel. If you made a purchase through an authorized retailer, please refer to their respective return policies.
